Kid Lit Science: Little Astronomer

The Little Astronomer books were created with little kids in mind. I wanted to create a different kind of astronomy book for kids that mixed the visual layout of a picture book while remaining a non-fiction book. The emergence of an informational picture book became the result. It has comic book elements, the characters cute, from one of my favorite kawaii styles. The main planets and dwarf planets narrate about themselves and about their unique facts as well as their place in the solar system. There are moons, asteroids, a comet and a few pages that show the Kuiper Belt and Asteroid Belt.
